Dr. S. C. Manchanda ( Ph.D in Management, MBA (FMS) Delhi University and BE (Mech.) is in academics for the past ten years. Prior to switching over to academics, he worked in the Indian Railways for over three decades. He has written two books, one in Economics and another in Finance. His research papers have appeared in various National and International Journals. His area of interests are HR, OB, Finance and Operation Research
